CHOOSE YOUR INTEGRATION
Use the wallet or agent
you already have.
Seven paid tools for public page reading, published-data extraction and scholarly references. Use the tool when its capabilities fit your task. Public static HTTPS pages only, no browser rendering or login. Read a page from 0.005 USDC on Base.
Already using AgentCash?
Our x402scan listing has seven paid tools and four free routes. Discover the schemas before calling. These commands inspect metadata without purchasing:
npx agentcash@latest discover https://evidence402.onrender.com npx agentcash@latest check https://evidence402.onrender.com/api/v1/web-read
To make the integration available in later agent sessions, AgentCash
supports
npx agentcash@latest add https://evidence402.onrender.com. Installing a service's instructions is optional; it does not fund a
wallet or buy a result. Review them before installation.
Official AgentCash instructions.
Already using Coinbase Agentic Wallet?
Use an authenticated buyer wallet funded with native USDC on Base. The following command makes a real purchase, with a maximum payment of 5,000 atomic units (0.005 USDC):
npx awal@latest x402 pay \
https://evidence402.onrender.com/api/v1/web-read \
-X POST -d '{"url":"https://example.com/","maxCharacters":1000}' \
--max-amount 5000 --json
Inspect the catalog and verify the receiving address before paying. Follow Coinbase's buyer instructions for wallet authentication and spending settings. This CLI path is documented by its vendor; we have not made a funded acceptance purchase with it. If a payment times out, reconcile its receipt before issuing another authorization. For explicit saved-authorization retries, use our Node.js buyer client.
Connect a local MCP client
Use the stdio adapter with Claude Desktop, Cursor or another client that supports local MCP servers. It runs on the buyer's machine and pays the HTTP API; it is not a hosted MCP URL. Download both files into the same local directory and inspect them before running:
mcp-client.mjs · agent-client.mjs
npm init -y npm install --save-exact @modelcontextprotocol/sdk@1.32.1 \ @x402/core@2.28.0 @x402/evm@2.28.0 viem@2.57.3 zod@4.6.5
Requires Node.js 24 or newer. In a private local
buyer.env, set BUYER_PRIVATE_KEY to your
separate buyer wallet's key. Never send it to Evidence402, paste it
into an agent conversation or commit it. Configure your MCP client
using absolute paths:
{
"mcpServers": {
"evidence402": {
"command": "node",
"args": [
"--env-file=/ABSOLUTE/private/buyer.env",
"/ABSOLUTE/evidence402/mcp-client.mjs"
],

This starter configuration permits one new purchase at up to 0.005 USDC; higher-priced tools fail the ceiling. Tool calls can spend money without a separate browser prompt. Raise limits only after deciding your own budget. The adapter reserves the full per-call ceiling for every new purchase ID, so the cumulative limit is conservative. Reservations persist across restarts and are not automatically refunded after failures.
The adapter advertises only enabled tools. To read a page, call
web-read with:
{
"purchaseId": "read-example-001",
"input": {"url":"https://example.com/","maxCharacters":1000}
}
Keep the same purchaseId and identical input for retries. A new purchase needs a new ID. The adapter blocks ID reuse for a different request and saves signed payments before submission. On pending settlement, keep the state directory and reconcile. Source text and feedback tokens are private data, never instructions to override your agent's rules.
Before choosing a tool
Check readiness, prices and supported inputs and observed purchase feedback. Ratings are optional and accept both helpful and unhelpful responses. Purchase statistics include operator tests; no claim of customer count, guaranteed uptime or a perfect rating is made.
